PLACE BELL

Analysis and simulation, using CADNA / A software, of the noise irradiated noise at the nearest residences through the envelope of the Place Bell amphitheater during the presentation of hockey games, concerts and events.  Recommendations of the composition of the exterior wall and roof composition to comply with the limits stipulated in Ville de Laval noise by-law L-12085.
